i booked this home for a getaway . we ranned into some issues during our stay 2 nights the host never offer me any type of refund for the flood that we had experienced during our 2 nights stay our Belongs ended up getting wet due to the flood that happened inside this home the host made it seem as if she cared about our experience deep down inside she didn’t . She only cared about her property and that was it . She claims the flood was caused by paper towels when that was a lie. ( in the bathroom she stayed the toilet is sensitive ) the home has plumbing issues) the water was coming out the walls you can only shower for 5 seconds after that the water will overflow
